AVACODA MILKSHAKE

Avacoda milkshake is a healthy and delicious milkshake.It is easy to make and nutritious milkshake.
Ingredients
Avacoda – 1
Milk – 1 1/2 cup
Sugar – as needed
Method
Cut the avocado into halves and  scoop the flesh out, cut into small pieces and put it in the mixer with sugar and milk  and make a creamy milkshake.

If u want you can also add some ice cubes in to it.Serve it with chill.
Enjoy the rich and creamy Avocado milkshake.

RAGI CHAPATHI / FINGER MILLET CHAPATHI

Recipe Highlights
Ragi chapathi is easy to make and healthy dish too.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 30 Mins
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Ragi Flour / Finger Millet Flour – 1 cup
Salt – a pinch
Oil / Ghee – 2 teaspoon
Water – as needed
Wheat flour – 1/2 cup (For dusting)

Method
Step :1
Take a  bowl, add wheat flour and ragi flour and mix it by adding salt.Knead it into dough by adding water little by little.

Step 2:

Add a teaspoon of oil on top of the dough. cover it with lid and let be in rest for 30 minutes.

Step 3:

Make it as a  small balls ,dust it with little wheat flour and roll it into  flat.

Step 4:

Heat the pan in a medium flame, put the chapatti  and wait for some time till small bubbles appear, then flip it to other side and wait for few seconds till  golden spots appear.Repeat the procedure for remaining chapatti.

Ragi chapatti is now ready to serve with vegetable Kurma.
