Recipe Highlights
Kids favorite cake pop
Ingredients Cooking Time : 60 Mins
Vanilla Sponke cake – 1
Chocolate cake - 1
Frosting – 3 to 4 teaspoon
Sprinkles – as needed
Lollipop sticks
Dark chocolate – 1/2 cup
White chocolate – 1/2 cup
For frosting
Butter – 1/2 cup (Room temperature)
Powdered Sugar – 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon

Method
Step :1
Crumble the cakes in a separate bowl.Add Frosting a little bit at a time until cake is moist and can hold a ball shape.

Step 2: 

Melt the white chocolate and dark chocolate in microwave for few seconds.

Step 3:

Dip the tip of the cake pop sticks into the dark or white chocolate and insert into the cake balls about half-way. Keep it in a refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Step 4:

After 20 minutes remove them from the refrigerator and dip it in the dark or white chocolate.The cake fully cover with the chocolate.Then decorate them  using some sprinkles over the top of them and again keep it in the refrigerator for 30 to 45 minutes.

Step 5:
 
Buttercream Frosting:
Take a bowl and mix butter,powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat it  for about 10 to 15 minutes or until you get a creamy frosting.

VERMICILLI AND SABUDANA PAYASAM / KHEER

Recipe Highlights
Vermicilli and Sabudana payasam is one of the famous dessert.It is easy to prepare and let see the simple steps of making this delicious payasam. 
Ingredients Cooking Time : 30 Mins
Roasted Vermicilli – 1 cup
Sabudana /Javvarisi– 1/4 cup
Milk – 3 cups
Sugar – 3/4 to 1 cup
Ghee – 2 teaspoons
Cardamom powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Water – 5 cups
Saffron – a pinch
Cashewnuts and Raisins 



Method
Step :1
Heat the pan with a teaspoon of ghee and put the sabudana and roast it  for few minutes until it starts to fluffy.Then add the water and let it cook for few minutes(It takes 10 to 15 minutes).After that put the roasted vermicilli in the water and allow it cook for 3 to 5 minutes. (if u don't have roasted vermicilli then roast the plain vermicilli with a teaspoon of ghee, until it become golden in color).Then add the sugar.After sugar melts switch off the flame and let it cool down for some minutes.

Step 2:
Take another pan with a teaspoon of ghee and add the cashewnuts and raisins and fry them till cashews become golden brown and raisins become plums up and mix it with the payasam.

Step 3:
Before serving the payasam pour hot milk into it and mix it well and add some saffron.

Vermicilli sabudana payasam is now ready to serve.
