       | Step :1 Soak urad dal along with toor dal for 2 to 3 hours
 Grind it nicely in wet grinder or mixer grinder as like shown in the figure.Sprinkle slightly slightly water while grinding.

       | Step 2: Now chop onion and green chilli finely.

       | Step 3: Take the ground batter.Add salt into it.Mix it well.

       | Step 4: 
 Now add chopped onion and green chili into it.

       | Step 5: Take a small quantity of batter and made a hole in the center as like shown in the figure.Use a banana leaf or plastic sheet to make these vadas.

       | Step 6: Heat oil in a pan to fry.When it was heated put vadas into it and fry  well.
 |   | 
       | Uluntha vadai is now ready to serve.
