CHOCOLATE FUDGE

Recipe Highlights
Only 3 ingredients needed to make this delicious fudge
Ingredients Cooking Time : 5 Mins
Chocolate chips – 2 cups
Condensed milk – 1 tin
Chopped almonds – 1 cup

Method
Step :1
Take microwave safe bowl put the chocolate chips and condensed milk and keep it in the microwave for 30 seconds.stir it well and again microwave for 30 seconds.
(If you don’t have microwave means use the double boiler method to melt the chocolate)
Now the chocolate melts completely and mix it gently.
Add the chopped almonds into it.
You can also add your favorite nuts.

Step 2:

Take a square pan with foil.Apply little butter in the foil and pour the chocolate batter.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.Remove the foil and cut them into pieces or your desired shape.

Chocolate fudge is now ready to taste.

EGGLESS CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

Recipe Highlights
Eggless Chocolate brownies
Ingredients Cooking Time : 45 Mins
All purpose flour – 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder – 1/2 cup
Baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – a pinch
Unsalted Butter – 1 stick(1/2 cup)
Condensed milk – 1tin (400 gm)
Yogurt(Curd) – 2 tablespoon
Sugar – 1/4 cup
Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
Instant coffee powder – 1 teaspoon(optional)
Hot water – less than 1/2 cup

Method
Step :1
Sift the flour,cocoa powder,baking powder,baking soda,salt in vessel and keep it aside.
Take another pan put butter and condensed milk.Butter should be in room temperature.
Add sugar and beat it.then add yogurt and vanilla extract mix everything well.

Step 2:

Now add the dry ingredients into the butter mixture and beat it.
Take less than 1/2 cup of hot water and put the instant coffee powder mix it well.Add hotwater slowly into the batter and beat it.
Grease the pan with butter and pour the brownie mixture.
preheat the oven to 350F and bake it 30 to 35 minutes until the toothpick comes out clear.

EGGLESS VANILLA SPONGE CAKE

Recipe Highlights
One of the basic cake and easy to make.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 45 Mins
All purpose Flour – 1 cup 
Baking Powder – 1 teaspoon
Baking soda – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon 
Butter – 1/4 cup 
Milk – less than 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar – 1 cup
Vanilla Extract – 1 teaspoon

Method
Step :1
Sift the  flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt together.Beat the butter and sugar.The butter should be in room temperature.  Add vanilla essence and mix it well.

Step 2:

Add the flour into butter and mix it gently. Add milk little by little and beat it.

Step 3:

Grease the pan with little butter or oil and spread the batter.(You will pour the batter half way up the pan)Preheat the oven for 350 F and bake it for  30 minutes.Check whether it cooked or not by Inserting the toothpick or knief, if it comes out clear means its done perfectly.

CAKE POP

Recipe Highlights
Kids favorite cake pop
Ingredients Cooking Time : 60 Mins
Vanilla Sponke cake – 1
Chocolate cake - 1
Frosting – 3 to 4 teaspoon
Sprinkles – as needed
Lollipop sticks
Dark chocolate – 1/2 cup
White chocolate – 1/2 cup
For frosting
Butter – 1/2 cup (Room temperature)
Powdered Sugar – 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon

Method
Step :1
Crumble the cakes in a separate bowl.Add Frosting a little bit at a time until cake is moist and can hold a ball shape.

Step 2: 

Melt the white chocolate and dark chocolate in microwave for few seconds.

Step 3:

Dip the tip of the cake pop sticks into the dark or white chocolate and insert into the cake balls about half-way. Keep it in a refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Step 4:

After 20 minutes remove them from the refrigerator and dip it in the dark or white chocolate.The cake fully cover with the chocolate.Then decorate them  using some sprinkles over the top of them and again keep it in the refrigerator for 30 to 45 minutes.

Step 5:
 
Buttercream Frosting:
Take a bowl and mix butter,powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat it  for about 10 to 15 minutes or until you get a creamy frosting.
