PESARATTU / GREEN GRAM DOSA

Healthiest Breakfast recipe.Easy to make.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 15 Mins
Whole Green Moong – 1 cup
Rice – 1/2 cup
Green chilli – 3 to 4
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Ginger – 2 small pieces
Onion - 1
Salt – to taste
Oil

Method
Step :1
Soak whole green moong,rice for overnight and grind it in a blender along with greenchilli,ginger,cumin seeds by adding water little by little till it gets dosa consistency batter.Add salt.

Step 2:

Chop the onions and mix in it.
Heat dosa pan and pour batter and spread it.Add oil and cook it  and Flip it over and cook it for a minute.
Serve the hot dosa with coconut chutney or your favorite chutney.

Pesarattu green gram dosa is now ready to serve.

EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE

One of the easiest eggless cake.Kids will love it.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 30 Mins
All purpose flour / Maida – 1 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder – 3 tablespoon
Baking soda – 1 teaspoon
Sugar – 1 cup + 4 teaspoon
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
Oil – 1/4 cup
White Vinegar – 1 tablespoon
Vanilla Extract – 1 teaspoon
Water – 1 cup

Method
Step :1
Sift the all purpose flour,cocoa powder,baking soda,salt and sugar in a mixing bowl.Mix it well.

Step 2: 

Then add oil,vinegar,vanilla extract and water.Mix it with hand blender until no more lumps.

Step 3:

Grease the pan with little oil and pour the batter.(You will pour the batter half way up the pan)          
Preheat the oven to 350 F / 180 C
Bake it for 30 minutes or until the inserted tooth pick comes out clear.
Let it cool down for some minutes.

Chocolate cake is now ready.
