RAW PLANTAIN BHAJI

Recipe Highlights
Easiest evening time snack.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 10 Mins
Besan Flour – 1 cup
Baking soda – less than 1/4 teaspoon
Chilli powder –1/4 teaspoon
Hing – a pinch  
Raw Plantain -1 
Salt - to taste
Oil –For deep frying

Method
Step :1
In a mixing bowl sift the besan flour first,then add chilli powder,bakingsoda,hing, and salt.Add water and mix it nicely.The batter should not be too thick nor watery.It should coat the bread when dipped to it.

Step 2:
Peel off the skin of the raw plantain and thinly slice them.Keep it immersed in water until use.Heat oil in a pan. Dip each  slices in the batter and fry it in a hot oil.Fry both sides until golden in color and take them out.Put them in a Kitchen paper towel.

Repeat the same process for remaining slices.

Raw Plantain Bhaji is now ready to serve.

COCONUT BURFI

Recipe Highlights
Coconut Burfi is one of the simplest and tastiest sweet.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 10  Mins
Grated coconut – 1 cup
Sugar – 3/4 cup
Cardamom powder –1/4 teaspoon
Ghee – 1teaspoon

Method
Step :1
Take a pan heat coconut and sugar together and mix well.Stir it continuously in a medium flame.

Step 2: 
The sugar will start to melt.When the burfi mixture starts  the sides of the pan without sticking.Add cardamom powder and ghee at last.
A foam will be formed and mixture will roll like a ball.Switch off the flame and transfer this into a greased pan (grease with ghee).Don’t overcook the mixture otherwise it gets powdered.

Step 3:

Let them cool for some time and make a desired shape you like.
