RED SAUCE

Recipe Highlights
Simple red sauce used for pasta,lasagna,pizza.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 15 Mins
Tomato puree – 2 cups
Oil – 2 teaspoon
Garlic - 2
Italian seasoning – 2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
Red chili flakes – 1 teaspoon
Sugar – 1 teaspoon
Salt – to taste

Method
Step :1
Heat oil in a pan add finely chopped garlic and saute it for a minute.Then add the tomato puree.
Add red chilli flakes,Italian seasoning,black pepper powder,sugar and salt and close it with lid and boil (simmer) it for 15 minutes.

Red sauce is now ready to serve.

VEGETABLE LASAGNA


Recipe Highlights
Vegetable lasagna is one of the rich and tastiest party food.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 60 Mins
Red Sauce – 2 cups
White Sauce – 1 cup
Vegetables
Onion – 1/2 cup
Garlic – 2 cloves
Spinach – 1 cup
Mushroom – 1 cup
Capsicum – 1/2 cup
Broccoli – 1/2 cup
dry Basil leaves – 1 teaspoon
Redchilli flakes – 1 teaspoon
Salt – to taste
No boil Lasagna sheets
Mozzarella cheese –2 cups

Method
Step :1
Heat oil in a pan add onions and garlic and saute it for a minute.then add the vegetables you have.Then add basil leaves,redchilli flakes  and salt, and fry it for 3 to 5 minutes.
Then add chopped spinach and fry.It starts to leave water.Cook it till , water evaporates.

Step 2: 
Take a baking pan spray it with butter or oil. Pour little red sauce and spread it.Then arrange the lasagna sheets.Pour little red sauce and spread it.Put some fried vegetables and spread it.
Cover the vegetables with some white sauce and spread it Finally spread some cheese over them.
Repeat the same process thrice

Step 3:

Once done layering cover the pan, with aluminum foil.
Preheat the oven to 350 F  and cook it for first 20 minutes,then remove the aluminum foil and again cook it another 15 minutes.
Cool down for some more minutes and cut them in to pieces and serve.
