BABYCORN PANEER STIR FRY


Recipe Highlights
One of the best combination for chapatti.Instead of paneer you can also add tofu.
Ingredients Cooking Time :40 Mins
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Butter  or oil – 2 teaspoon
Capsicum – 1/2
Baby corn – 10 –12 pieces
Paneer – 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Water – 1/2 cup
Sugar – 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice – 1/2 teaspoon
Tomato puree – 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves
Salt – to taste

Method
Step :1
Chop the onion,capsicum,tomato,paneer and baby corn.Heat butter in a pan,add onions and saute it with little salt.When it comes to transparent add ginger garlic paste and saute it till the raw smell goes off.

Step 2:

Add the capsicum,baby corn and paneer one by one and saute it for 2 minutes.
Step 3:

Now add turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder and garam masala powder and mix it well and after a minute add paneer.
Step 4:

Add little water and allow it to boil.Then finally add tomato puree,sugar and lemon juice.
 
Step 5:
Garnish it with coriander leaves.

Babycorn Paneer stir fry is now ready to serve.

MAA LADOO / POTTUKADALADI URUNDAI

Recipe Highlights
Quick and Easy Ladoo for Diwali.Maa ladoo is also called as Pottukadalai urundai.It is a easy to make and a healthy recipe too.It makes 8 to 10 ladoos.
Ingredients Cooking Time : 15 Mins
Pottukadalai / Roasted Gram – 1 cup
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Melted Ghee – less than 1/4 cup
Cardamom seed -1 
Broken Cashewnuts – 1 teaspoon

Method
Step :1
Take a cup of roasted gram put them in to the blender along with sugar and cardamom seed and make it a fine powder.

Step 2: 

Sift them into the mixing bowl.
Take a pan, add a teaspoon of ghee and fry the broken cashewnuts till golden brown and mix it with the pottukadalai mixture.
Melt the ghee and and mix it with the pottukadalai mixture.

Step 3:

When its warm start shaping them in to round balls.Repeat the same procedure for the remaining flour.
Store in an airtight container and enjoy your maa ladoos.
